Our academic programmes offer solutions for sportspeople in all stages of their careers. All programmes are designed to help the student develop their skills, and expand their knowledge.

On campus – Our study programme adapts to different national standards
Online – JCI’s online platform offers academic programmes through its Online Campus, thus eliminating time and geographical restrictions, while combining education and sport through its personalised online service.

Onsite –Johan Cruyff Institute offers on-site academic training in organizations, clubs, and sports-related businesses.

Our programmes are based on the exchange and interaction. Focuses on training that is specific and personalised/adapted to specific organizational or regional features. We identify the needs, design a personalised CV, look after our training, and evaluate every programme’s results. Continuous education provides added value when developing skills and increasing professional and personal performance.

Methodology

We identify participants’ needs, design a personalised curriculum for them, carry out trainings, and evaluate the results of each programme. We aim to provide high-end professional competence that will guarantee students a good future. Since we are aware that available resources for sports industry professionals must adapt to their sporting and professional calendars, we offer dynamic, innovative, and practical programmes.

JCI’s educational method focuses on the sports industry, designing curriculums to satisfy specific sports industry management needs, and uses the latest technological advances.

From a sports business perspective, our study programmes include interdisciplinary courses, case studies, personal investigation, group assignments, and experience-based learning. All materials are fully related to sport, and supported by the latest technology to make the learning experience as interactive and enriching as possible.

Looking at case studies has proved to be an efficient method of analysing and learning from real business situations. Participants analyse acquired knowledge individually, in groups or in classrooms, thus expanding their vision and enhancing global comprehension from a strategic sports industry perspective. Case studies encourage constant communication between teachers and participants.
